Good morning All!! = )

New to the area, just closed on the purchase of our lot in August, located close to Crystal Ballena. Are now in the midst of conducting our soil study. Goal is to build 3 cabinas at this time to utilize as a temp. residence while home is being constructed. Alot of research to still do as we're becoming familiar with the area.
We'll be in town tentatively in late April. We would like possible strong referals for both qualified contractors and architects.
Really looking forward to making Uvita home. I myself am a landscape contractor in the States and am blown away by the local flora, not to mention the unspoiled coast!!
