Hello Arbitro,

The condition of the road changes from one day to the next, and there are lots of rumors about both accesses to the southern zone.  The coastal route is the only "sure" deal at the moment.  Three recent travelers have reported to me, the most recent being yesterday. They had to wait one hour at a bridge that is being serviced and the road is in pretty bad (read bumpy) condition.  A week ago I heard of a 2 hour wait.  And I have heard one report of a 10 minute wait.
