The Chef has based the menu on the idea of Menu Gourmand or Sampler menu to make the most of the seasonal, fresher produce.

Relocated by the entrance of Ojochal with capacity for 100 people, those who have ever eaten there rate this restaurant as one of the most beautiful restaurants in Costa Rica with a mouth-watering menu. The cuisine is "Mediterranean Fusion".

Chef's Table is off to a good start!
We ate there and experienced complex courses not easily found in that stretch of jungle - I'm sure it will only get better!
