The Chef’s Table Restaurant is a small, intimate restaurant that perches above Uvita River on a large, open-air veranda cooled by ceiling fans and the evening river breezes and lit by a myriad of candles. Our main precedence is to provide our guests with excellent food in a wonderful setting at a good price. The restaurant is run by the Chef/Owner, Sarah, a Cordon Bleu Master Chef with over 14 years experience on private yachts throughout the world. She has based The Chefs Table Menu on the European idea of The Menu Gourmand or Sampler Menu, which changes weekly in order to make the most of seasonal, fresh produce in its peak condition.We harvest the majority of our fresh ingredients from our own gardens and small farm. What we cannot produce ourselves we source locally at the Farmer’s Markets, putting a strong emphasis on organic quality where possible. With the Pacific Ocean just down the road our seafood is wonderful and incredibly fresh. Our catch of the day might be Tuna, Mahi-Mahi or Snapper. The Chefs Table Menu Gourmand is an eclectic menu that consists of four starter courses, a choice of two main courses, and the grand finale, a sumptuous dessert. Our very special six course menu changes weekly. How Our Menu Gourmand Works You can choose our complete Chefs Table Menu Gourmand or just select individual dishes to suit your appetite. Our Menu Gourmand includes a basket of home made bread with flavored dipping oil & an after dinner liqueur.

Opening Times

December 2007 – April 2008* 6pm – 9pm Open Friday, Saturday & Sunday Nights for our Menu Gourmand. Open Monday nights for our special weekly Chefs Table BBQ’s with Mezze starters, main courses straight from the grill, our specialty being BBQ ribs with our secret glaze and a special dessert.

We can take care of all your wishes from flowers to table settings & special themes & it goes without saying that we will design an exclusive menu especially for you. Birthday & Wedding Cakes Birthday and wedding cakes can be designed & ordered for your party on our premises or for you to take to another location.
