My first experience with Que Pura Vida was when I
had a craving for some mashed potatoes, so I ordered those. What they brought me were the same sort of mashed potatoes that I've gotten at some pretty good quality establishments.
Que Pura Vida is set up like a typical Costa Rican restaurant in the Rincon de Uvita Sports Complex. This is where the weekly farmer's market is held in the heart of Uvita. The seating is open-air and you can't help but feel welcome as the Robleto family hustles to serve your needs there.
