Sustainable Communities
The old model may be on its way out. The new one is a whole new way of looking at humanity's position here in Planet Earth. A holistic viewpoint takes the whole picture into consideration. Developers plan for employment, feeding, education and overall quality of life of the residents. Costa Rica's southern pacific zone is a likely place to have such concepts take hold and set the example for how its done - hopefully for the rest of the planet.
